18-Month Limited Warranty

Indoor Playground Creations warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from structural failure resulting from defects in materials or workmanship under normal operating conditions, subject to the terms, limitations, and exclusions outlined below.

The warranty period begins on the date the playground equipment is received by the customer and professionally installed by Indoor Playground Creations or an authorized Indoor Playground Creations installation crew.

Warranty coverage applies only when equipment is properly installed, used, inspected, cleaned, and maintained in accordance with Indoor Playground Creations’ published guidelines and Inspection & Maintenance Manual.

Warranty Coverage

Indoor Play Structures — 18 Months

The 18-month limited warranty covers:

• Structural Components — Galvanized steel, cast aluminum, stainless steel hardware, screws, bolts, nuts, and washers.
• Plastic & Fiberglass Components — Slides, themed panels, cubes, flanges, tunnels, swing seats, junction boxes, tubes, and similar components.
• Soft Play & Padding — Platform padding, soft wall cushions, flooring mats within the playground structure, climbers, stairs, ball pits, punching bags, and post padding.
• Play Components — Trampolines, webbing equipment, safety netting, and applicable fiberglass play activities.

Ball Blaster Equipment — 18 Months

Coverage includes:

• Steel parts and metal hardware
• Barrels, mounts, posts, and seats
• Mounting hardware
• Electronic and electrical components
• Pneumatic components

Foam balls are not covered under warranty.

Electric Soft Play Equipment — 18 Months

Coverage includes:

• Frames and structural components
• Padding and soft wrapping materials
• Motors and gearboxes
• Air blowers and compressors
• Water pumps
• Magnetic valves
• Control buttons
• Applicable electrical and electronic components

Select Components — 3 Months

The following items carry a 3-month limited warranty:

• Air beds for spider climb towers
• Water beds for water trampolines
• Bar stools
• Soft sofas in toddler areas

Warranty Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage, customers must:

• Have the playground professionally installed by Indoor Playground Creations or an authorized installation crew.
• Properly unload and handle equipment according to Indoor Playground Creations’ instructions.
• Follow the Inspection & Maintenance Manual, including all required and recommended inspections, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Use all equipment only for its intended purpose and within specified operating, weight, and capacity limits.
• Keep the playground in its original professionally installed location.
• Obtain approval from Indoor Playground Creations before making repairs, modifications, relocation, removal, or reinstallation of equipment.
• Properly maintain all compressors and related equipment according to manufacturer and Indoor Playground Creations requirements.

Compressor Maintenance

Where compressors are included, customers must perform all required routine maintenance, including regularly draining condensation lines.

Failure to properly maintain compressors may void warranty coverage for the compressor and any related damage or equipment failure.

What’s Not Covered

The Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including deterioration resulting from regular commercial use.
• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, scuffs, fading, discoloration, corrosion, surface wear, cracking or peeling of paint or coatings, and warping of recycled plastic lumber.
• Routine maintenance items, including zip ties, hose clamps, tightening or repairing netting, securing loose bolts or fittings, and replacing worn padding or safety flooring.
• Plastic balls used in ball pits and foam balls used in ball blaster systems.
• Damage resulting from improper cleaning, maintenance, storage, handling, or unloading.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, vandalism, accidents, or overloading.
• Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, relocation, removal, or reinstallation.
• Equipment installed by anyone other than Indoor Playground Creations or an authorized installation crew.
• Flooring installed by the customer.
• Flooring that has been lifted, moved, altered, or reinstalled after professional installation.
• Flooring installed outside the original playground footprint.
• Damage caused by environmental conditions or acts of God, including flooding, hail, lightning, earthquakes, tornadoes, windstorms, sandstorms, salt water, salt spray, airborne pollutants, acids, corrosive chemicals, or similar conditions.
• Inspection labor costs.
• Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

Failure to follow Indoor Playground Creations’ published Inspection & Maintenance Manual or other applicable operating and maintenance requirements may result in denial of warranty coverage for damage or failure related to that noncompliance.

Spare Parts & Warranty Service

Included Spare Parts

Turn-key playground systems include a supply of service and maintenance parts at no additional cost. Depending on the playground design, these may include:

• 15%–20% additional pipe foam and zip ties
• Approximately 10% additional safety netting and netting lace
• Additional fiberglass rods and related components

These parts are intended to assist customers with routine playground maintenance and service.

Customers are responsible for properly storing and using all spare parts and following the applicable installation and maintenance instructions.

Replacement Parts During the Warranty Period

If a covered service part is required during the warranty period and the necessary spare part was not included with the playground or has been depleted, Indoor Playground Creations will provide the applicable replacement part at no charge, subject to warranty approval.

Indoor Playground Creations will cover the cost of shipping approved warranty replacement parts to the customer.

Indoor Playground Creations may require defective components to be returned for inspection or evaluation before or after a replacement is issued. Customers must contact Indoor Playground Creations for return authorization and instructions before returning any equipment, components, or parts.

Do not return any warranty-related items without prior authorization from Indoor Playground Creations. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss

Title to and risk of loss for playground equipment pass to the customer once the equipment leaves Indoor Playground Creations’ facility or is transferred to the freight carrier, unless otherwise specified in the applicable purchase agreement.

Customers are responsible for inspecting all equipment upon delivery and documenting any visible freight damage or shortages.

Indoor Playground Creations is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during transit after risk of loss has passed to the customer.
