The Playground process
Step 1 — Discovery Call
We take the time to understand your vision, goals, timeline, budget, and the guests you plan to serve. Together, we’ll discuss your facility type, target age groups, and desired play capacity to help shape a playground that supports your overall business objectives. To get started, we simply need a few basic details, including your city and state and your ideal opening date.
Step 2 — Concept & Budget Range
Based on your available space, ceiling height, and desired features, we’ll provide a realistic starting range for your project. We’ll also recommend the ideal playground size, play zones, and features to help you prioritize the essentials while identifying optional enhancements.
Step 3 — Location & Space Review
Whether you already have a location or are still searching for the right space, we can help you evaluate your options. We’ll review key factors such as floor plan and traffic flow, visibility, emergency exits, entry and check-in areas, party rooms, and proper separation of toddler play areas to help ensure your space is functional, safe, and well suited for an indoor playground.
Step 4 — Custom Design & Layout Draft
We’ll create an initial custom design tailored to your space and vision, then work closely with you to refine every detail. Your design will thoughtfully incorporate the play structure footprint, seating areas, toddler zones, traffic flow, and feature placement to create a functional, engaging, and well-balanced environment.
Step 5 — Revisions & Final Design Approval
We’ll work with you to refine the design until the layout aligns with your vision, goals, and available space. Together, we’ll finalize the features, elevations, colors and theme, entry points, and any additional options to ensure every detail is ready for production.
Step 6 — Proposal & Contract
Once your design is finalized, you’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining the project scope, included features, deliverables, pricing, and estimated production timeline. Upon approval, the contract is signed and the initial deposit is submitted to officially begin production.
Step 7 — Production & Project Coordination
Once your playground enters production, our team will coordinate the manufacturing process while preparing for shipping and installation. We’ll keep you informed of key production milestones and provide a clear installation-readiness checklist to help keep your project on schedule.
Step 8 — Site Prep & Build-Out Support
While your playground is in production, your facility should be prepared for installation. This typically includes completing flooring, painting and theming, electrical work, lighting, party rooms, seating, signage, and all other construction trades so the playground installation can be the final phase of your build-out.
Step 9 — Shipping & Delivery
We coordinate freight delivery to ensure your playground equipment arrives safely and on schedule for installation. Our team will provide clear guidance on delivery scheduling, receiving requirements, and unloading responsibilities so your site is fully prepared when your shipment arrives.
Step 10 — Installation & Final Walkthrough
Our professional installation team carefully assembles and secures your playground to ensure proper fit, safety, and long-term durability. Once installation is complete, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough and provide care and maintenance guidance, leaving you fully prepared for a successful opening day.
