Warranty Policy

18-Month Limited Warranty: Indoor Playground Creations warrants its products to the original purchaser to be free from structural failure due to defects in materials or workmanship when used under normal operating conditions and installed in accordance with our published specifications.

This warranty begins on the date the playground system is received by the customer and professionally installed by Indoor Playground Creations’ authorized installation crews, and remains in effect for the applicable warranty period outlined below.

Warranty applies only when installed, used, and maintained according to Indoor Playground Creations' published guidelines.

General Warranty Terms

The warranty begins the date your playground is received and professionally installed by Indoor Playground Creations.
Customers must defer to the Inspection & Maintenance Manual and adhere yo all recommended maintenance.
Improper cleaning, maintenance, or misuse voids all warranties.
Compressors must be maintained failing to do so voids all warranties.
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer one equipment leaves Indoor Playground Creations is liable for damage in transit.

Warranty Coverage by Product Type

Indoor Play Structure

18-Month Warranty Coverage Includes:

Structural components made of galvanized steel and cast aluminum
(including stainless steel hardware such as screws, bolts, nuts, and washers)
Plastic and fiberglass components, including slides, themed panels, cubes, straight and curved flanges, tunnels, swing seats, junction boxes, and tubes
Soft wrapping materials for play structures and soft play products, including:
- Platforms
- Soft wall cushions
- Flooring mats
- Climbers and stairs
- Ball pits
- Punching bags and post padding
Trampolines, webbing equipment, safety netting, and other play activities made of fiberglass materials

3-Month Warranty Coverage Includes:

Air beds for spider climb towers
Water beds for water trampolines
Bar stools
Soft sofas in toddler areas

Warranty Exclusions – Indoor Play Structure

Plastic balls used in ball pits
Zip ties or hose clamps
Flooring mats installed outside of the playground structure
- Installing flooring throughout the facility beyond the playground footprint will void all warranty coverage related to flooring mats
Flooring installed by the customer
Flooring that is lifted, moved, or altered by the customer after professional installation by Indoor Playground Creations

Ball Blaster Equipment

18-Month Warranty Coverage Includes:

Steel parts and metal hardware, including barrels, mounts, posts, seats, and mounting hardware
Electronic, electrical, and pneumatic components

Not Covered:

Foam balls used in ball blaster systems

Electric Soft Play Equipment

18-Month Warranty Coverage Includes:

Frame and structural components
Padding and soft wrapping materials
Electrical and electronic components, including:
- Motors
- Gear boxes
- Air blowers
- Air compressors
- Water pumps
- Magnetic valves
- Control buttons

Warranty Method & Spare Parts

Spare Parts Provided

All turn-key playground systems from Indoor Playground Creations include a supply of spare service parts shipped with the playground at no additional cost. These parts are intended to support 1–3 years of routine maintenance.

Spare parts may include:

15%–20% additional pipe foam and zip ties
Approximately 10% extra safety netting and netting lace
Additional fiberglass rods and related components

The customer is responsible for:

Proper use and care of all spare parts
Following all installation and maintenance manuals
Safely storing spare parts when not in use

Out-of-Stock Service Parts

If required service parts are not included or spare parts are depleted during the warranty period:

- Indoor Playground Creations will ship replacement service parts at no cost for the parts themselves
- Shipping costs will be covered by Indoor Playground Creations
- In certain cases, the customer may be required to return the defective part(s) to Indoor Playground Creations’ corporate office in Surprise, Arizona for evaluation
  - Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer

Warranty coverage applies only when products are installed, used, and maintained according to Indoor Playground Creations’ published guidelines.

What's Covered? (18 Months)

What's Covered?

Your warranty coverage applies when the playground system is:

Properly unloaded from shipping containers in accordance with Indoor Playground Creations handling instructions
Professionally installed by Indoor Playground Creations authorized installation crews
Maintained and inspected according to the Inspection & Maintenance Manual (Failure to follow required maintenance procedures may void warranty coverage)
Used as intended under normal operating conditions and for its designed purpose
Free from damage caused by vandalism, misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
Left in its original installed location, with no relocation, partial removal, or reinstallation
Unaltered and unrepaired except by Indoor Playground Creations or approved service providers

Compressor Equipment (If Applicable)

Compressors must be properly maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions
Condensation lines must be regularly drained
Failure to maintain compressors as specified will result in the warranty being voided.

Galvanized Steel & Cast Aluminum

Pipes, junctions, cast aluminum, stainless steel hardware

Plastic & Fiberglass Components

Slides, tunnels, climb cubes, themed panels

Soft Wrapping Materials

Platforms, wall cushions, flooring mats, climbers, ball pits

Ball Blaster Equipment

Steel & Electronic Parts, pneumatic components

What's Not Covered?

The warranty does not apply to the following:

Cosmetic damage or surface wear, including scratches, dents, scuffs, fading, discoloration, corrosion, warping of recycled plastic lumber, or cracking and peeling of paint or surface coatings
Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use
- Routine maintenance and minor repairs are the owner’s responsibility and may include:
  - Replacing zip ties or hose clamps
  - Repairing or tightening netting
  - Securing loose bolts or fittings
  - Replacing worn safety flooring or padding
- Indoor Playground Creations may provide telephone or email guidance for maintenance-related issues
Damage caused by acts of God, including but not limited to hail, flooding, lightning, tornadoes, sandstorms, earthquakes, or windstorms
Environmental-related damage, such as exposure to wind-blown sand, salt water, salt spray, or airborne industrial pollutants (including sulfur, acids, or corrosive chemicals beyond normal photochemical smog)
Labor costs for inspections of any kind
Incidental or consequential damages, including indirect or secondary losses
Vandalism, misuse, neglect, or overloading, including use beyond the weight, capacity, or operating limits stated in the Assembly Manual
Improper installation, including installation performed by anyone other than Indoor Playground Creations authorized installation teams
- This includes installation on uneven, unleveled, or soft ground

Cosmetic Defects

Cosmetic damage, wear, & tear, and regular maintenance (zip ties, clamps, bolts, padding.)

Acts of God or Environmental Factors

Hail, Flooding, Lightnening, Wind-Blow Sand, or Pollutants.

Additional Costs

Costs for inspection, vandalism, misuse, overloading, or improper installation
